The structure of this site, its text, graphics, logo, interface and the datasets produced by EgoVista are the property of EgoVista SAS or of its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or adaptation of all or part of them, by any means, requires the prior written consent of EgoVista SAS.

Recordings uploaded by contributors remain the property of their authors. EgoVista holds a licence over them under the Contributor Terms of Service, which is non-exclusive and does not transfer ownership.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Before any other step, we ask you to send a written complaint to contact@egovista.app, or to privacy@egovista.app for anything concerning personal data. We undertake to answer within thirty days.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union and your complaint has not been resolved, you may submit it to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, which is free of charge: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

EgoVista has not yet subscribed to a consumer mediation scheme within the meaning of article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code. We state this rather than name a scheme we have not joined. The internal complaint procedure above applies in the meantime.
